I struggling with anxiety and depression 😔 does that make me different from others cause sometimes I feel left out and different an nobody wants to deal with me 😔.
When you’re not doing anything brush your hair comb your hair to the same way you brush it to make the waves form in a straight pattern.when you wash your hair rub the water an shampoo on your hair the same way you put grease on your hair brush the shampoo in your hair , stand under the shower water and brush your hair for five minutes, when you get out the shower get your mirror start brushing till your hair dry ,then put your grease in your hair and brush for five minutes then put your wave cap on.
Sometimes the drama an stress , arguments you have with your spouse can leave you going through anxiety, depression an other issues suicidal thoughts an all ,not trusting people taking it out on the next person that comes in your life.when you do that you will run a good person off you can’t be scared for life let it go.

I love to color to cause it calms me and make me feel free .It also makes me take my mind off stress.
